Bad service- unpaid deposit refund

Boardwalk Estates never refunded my deposit which was supposed to be done in March 2025. No one is ever in their offices. Katy keeps saying there are delays in finance, the finance lady is always said to be away from the office. Seemingly they do not pay deposits back and are very bad to work with. Totally dishonest *******.
