EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED
Extremely Dissapointing!! Nothing but frustration and dissatisfaction with meter mate. Their device and service is unreliable. Constantly giving errors . Their contact numbers stay unreachable. Every call centre number states it does not exist when called. When you finally get through the help is unprofessional and unhelpful. Call gets cut. You . Iām on day 3 with no help . No gas to cook or hot water to shower š”š” Absolutely appalling., Resorted to using their WhatsApp number and still no response . Still waiting on a callback from Tanika.I do not recommend meter mate to anyone . It has been a complete disappointment.
