I placed an order for Air Force 1s from The Plug ZA on 12 September 2024, and for almost a full year, I received no proper communication or delivery. My order status stayed stuck on "awaiting fulfillment" for months. Yesterday, on 1 August 2025, they finally emailed me — not with a proper update, tracking number, or refund — but instead offering me 30% off my next order. How do you offer a discount for a new order when you haven’t even delivered the first one? I feel completely ****med. After waiting this long, I just want either a full refund or my shoes delivered ASAP. This is unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them unless they fix this issue. I’ve also tried WhatsApping the number they provided but haven’t received a proper response.
