Poor management representation and customer satisfaction

Visited Shoprite at Signet Terrace and Marvin Mokwena the manager was improper. Did not know how to address me. Could not greet. They put the wrong price tag for the Nestle hot chocolate and proceeded to tell me that the price is not misleading the customer and that I should rather get a refund because the price was for a different brand. I pursued my case and told him to go to the isle and he then proceeded to the isle and moved the pricing and emptied the space of which the Nestlé hot chocolate was positioned at. (By the price).
