They are extremely unprofessional, from the start until now. I received a debit check from Old Mutual instead of Pineapple. I declined it, yet the following day it was still approved. I asked several times for someone to call me back, but no one ever rep****. There is no number to call, and I keep trying to get a hold of them without success. Please make sure to think twice before choosing them for insurance. I am using Discovery, and from a customer service perspective, they are far better.
