Shoe refund or replacements not repair
I purchased shoes on the 27th of August and wore them on Saturday for an event, unfortunately the shoe broke and I had to return them on Monday, but when I went to the store they refused to give me a refund or a replacement,they offered me to send the shoes for repairs which is totally against their policy of returning an item after 14 days of purchase. The staff members were so rude including management, and my purchase was R599, their ignoring emails being sent to them. Please kindly assist0 replies
