I bought Suzuki swift last year July, end of year contacted Suzuki regarding service for my vehicle they advised this year July for first service, on the 18th of February 2026 phoned and booked for my car took it yesterday the 19th of February 2026,only to be phoned back after 3hrs by a rude lady by the nale of Michelle Van Staden to say it was passed due service of which wrong information was from there side last when I reached out to them,she told me not to shout at her as I did not have the right,when to the store for my vehicle asked for Manager very condensing approach he gave to even say I should rest Michelle and I should have taken name of the consultants when I phoned last year,as he normally does take names whenever he goes ,saying it was my duty to.note that ????? Bear in mind I was not shouting at the lady at the store.....I felt racially treated by Suzuki,in a process of selling my vehicle
Last week I send mail to Customer service regarding refund on my account ,stating reason for refund ,but with response from them,this is unprofessional as a client really in need of that amount paid

I have received very poor service from this company that was approved by Absa Idirect,received a call last week to say they will be towing my car from GoBid in Pretoria, had to do a follow up this morning with Absa only to find my car is still not attended and still kept in a dessered area?????? is this customer service???
I am very disappointed with Absa Idirect was involved in an accident on the 23th of July 2025,was phoned on the 30th to say my claim was proceed and the will be collecting my car from GBid to Lochson Autopanelbeaters ,since no communication from them ,until this morning I phoned this morning to Absa kept on hold,no claim processed thus far,my car still with unattended

Morning I was with this company years back was unhappy about service terminated my contract with them,tried to contact them about balances owed on accounts the refuse ro assist, instead making treats that my name will remain in those of them ,myself being unable to clear my name in future for credit,this is unfair I have kids single parenting,visited XDS nothing showing from credits on my profile, but still refuse to assist in clearing my name,Is Debt Busters power hungry in a state that if we cancel contracts willingly as we hae rights as South Africans ?????we need to be treated unfairly????????
I need assistance as Absa Bnakbis refusing to refund MG money for an account that is up to date on my boss account, they keep sending me from pillar to post for months already
