Been waiting over 7 weeks for a refund due to me, and there is just one excuse after the other.

Although their actual service was good, I have been waiting over 7 weeks for a refund due to me. Always an excuse, and no action.

Poor after sales service - refund nowhere to be seen
Looking to purchase 4 basins, I confirmed with the sales staff there was stock, received a quote, and make payment. However, I was contact shortly afterwards, and informed there was no stock. I made an alternative purchase, which had a lessor value, and was due a refund. two months later, I am still waiting The sales staff are incredibly polite and apologetic, but are not able to process the refund themselves. The manager, Quintus Grunewald, is not available on the landline, nor does he respond to emails or whatsapp messages to the number provided on their website
