I originally reported this matter on 13 May 2025, and since then, I have repeatedly followed up without any resolution. Instead of resolving my original case, I was recently given another case number, which only causes further delays. This approach is unacceptable as the issue remains the same: I have not received my refund. Please be reminded of the following: I first reported the issue on 13 May 2025. I have already submitted the requested proof of bank account. Despite your assurances, no refund has been made to date. I urgently request: 1. Immediate confirmation of the correct and final case number that will be used to resolve this matter. 2. A clear date of payment for my refund. 3. A written explanation as to why my complaint has been duplicated instead of resolved
