Superior? More like Inferior

I bought a new Spa in 2022 having had almost 20 years of maintenance free use from the 1st Spa I bought from them. What a difference, inferior components, poor workmanship and a lack of customer service. The headrests kept coming off. The front panel delaminated. Leaks. Pump failure. Would never recommend this company.
