I bought a lamb liver from Shoprite boitekong mall Rustenburg , only to find out that the liver was rotten I filed in a complaint to Shoprite, emailing them several times about this matter even went to consult a medical practitioner (doctor) because it made me sick after eating it, the Doctor even confirmed that it is the liver that caused my sickness , then Shoprite told me that they are still investigating the case but the investigation was done in the absence of the true evidence which is the leftover of the lamb that they didn't even collect from house. Last but not least their brokers/Lawyers e-mailed me back claiming that Shoprite is innocent and they even threatened me that if I take any legal action against Shoprite they'll stand firm into defending their client.0 replies
