Formal Complaint Regarding Mistreatment by Supervisor at PnP Bophelong – Ivory Park To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an incident that occurred on 5 August 2025 at approximately 12:30 PM at Pick n Pay Bophelong – Ivory Park. I am a delivery driver from Daddy’s Kitchen, and I was at the store for a routine delivey. During this time, I was mistreated by a supervisor named Jane in a manner that was both unprofessional and disrespectful. Her conduct towards me was unnecessary, demeaning, and not aligned with the standards of customer service or workplace professionalism I expect from a reputable brand such as Pick n Pay. I respectfully request that this matter be investigated, and that appropriate action be taken to ensure such treatment is not repeated — not just towards myself, but to any other delivery personnel or customers.
