I bought tickets to a show via their portal about a month ago - I received no tickets, no directions, no info to the actual show. A day later, I received an email from the vendor (Drone Life Night), saying the show's been cancelled and that I should receive a refund within 21 days and if not, I should contact them. Well, I've contacted them to no avail. I've also tried to complain on the Shopify website but I can't without an "Order Confirmation URL" which I haven't received, as I've received nothing from the vendor. So I'm out a few hundred rand and no one to turn to!
