I sold a set of stroller and car seat, the only thing that was delivered was a stroller not a car seat. When I left the shop the car seat was inside the black plastic back and the yellow sticker which have the serial numbers was stocked in the car seat. But the car seat was not delivered instead they delivered the stroller. However Kim from the support team is really trying to locate my car seat but the Depo team have no sense of urgency, I am so disappointed and I lost some money regarding this. I am still waiting for my car seat to be delivered back to me cause the buy has cancelled the order
I attempted to make a booking for a 3-day stay in Centurion via Booking.com. While processing the payment, I changed my mind and did not confirm the payment through my Discovery app. However, when I checked today, I noticed that the payment had still gone through, despite me not approving it. I contacted the property to request a refund, as I will no longer be travelling, but I have been unable to cancel the booking through the app there is no cancellation option available. Additionally, their customer service number is not going through. I am requesting a full refund, as I do not understand how the payment could be processed without my approval.
