Horrible service from Headout adventures owner

We received a horrible service from Headout Adventures at Atlantis dunes in Cape Town, the owner was very rude and unfair towards us, even after we have explained that we had a tyre puncture. We requested a reschedule she refused and told us we have forfeited our money. She kept bragging about how she’s been running a successful business for 5 years… she’s a mean human being
