Horrible Trauma receptionist
Worst patient care ever. The front desk lady at trauma needs to be trained on patient care instead of making patients feel their medical scheme won't cover the bill. First check before you assume. Train your staff better empathy skills and handling patients

Sanlam claims suck
The worst expect with my father's passing. You struggle to get your claim paid out. All douce needed were shared. Don't take out policies here, imagine how your loved ones will struggle God forbid anything happen to you.
