We purchased two sideboard tables from Warwick (dealt with Bernice and Shantal)l which arrived both damaged and much later than promised. From there, the experience only worsened. We were given several different and conflicting explanations for the damage—none of which seemed consistent and were assured replacements would be sent. This never happened. Instead, we spent months sending messages and making calls that went unanswered. My wife’s messages were read but ignored, and her calls went unanswered. When I eventually got through, I was promised a quick resolution. That promise, like all the others, was never kept. After a few messages, the company stopped responding altogether. It is now eight months later, and we still have two damaged sideboard tables. The repeated shifting of stories, lack of follow-through, and complete disregard for customer care have been deeply frustrating. This has not only been a poor shopping experience, it has been a clear example of how not to treat paying customers. I would not recommend ordering from them.
Delivered faulty product. Promised to have it fixed/returned. **** about the replacement product being ready for delivery and sending a waybill. Began to ignore my wife's messages/phone calls for months. I then got in touch with them and they promised to sort out. Eventually after 5 follow up attempts they have appeared to now block me and my phone calls and messages. I can not reccomend how prudent it would be to avoid working with this company, if you did - I would INSIST on only a partial payment until satisfied goods arrive. Multiple times caught lying as well as terrible customer service and support from Bernice and Shantall. I have full conversations to prove this.
