I requested a refund from Hey Neighbour on 26 May 2025. Their own policy states refunds are processed within 21 days, but that deadline came and went with no payment. I was later told it would be paid by 10 August, only for them to move the date to October without any valid explanation — and only after I followed up. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of transparency and accountability. If you are waiting on a refund from this company, be aware that you may need to take action through your bank before the dispute window closes.
