A very unhappy client
I actually wanted to consolidate my loans into one payment. Their sales person was so manipulating. I joined. I had a good name with all my creditors, not missing any payments. I was just tired of having 4 repayments instead of 1. I have asked them so many times to call me back. No calls. When you open a ticket , they close it without you having time to respond to it. My creditors have been calling me daily. This morning, they said I must just ignore the emails from my creditors or settle my account in full. What are they doing with my monthly premium? Are they actually paying my creditors like they said? No one gets in touch with you. If you send an email, a different person assist you everytime, then you have to explain everything all over I am very unhappy. Have been with them for 7 months. I don't see how they can still get clients if this is the way they operate. I would not recommend them at all to any one.

Very Happy Client
Only had a great experience with the business. All the info is clearly on all social media pages. The ladies also always tells you about terms&conditions. They send out tracking numbers so I know exactly when my package will be delivered. Keep it up ladies. Happy Client🩷
