BAD SERVICE AT HYUNDAI - BOKSBURG
Hello Peter, i bought my second car form Hyndai Eastrand (Boksburg) coz of the service I got when I bought my first car. The following happened: Got call form Nombulelo (sales assist) to say the car was not registered under my name therefore I’ll have issues when renewing license disc. Was asked to do DEKRA certificate in December. After she said she will send new license plate with disc. I told her that I wanted the car to remain on the current reg. After I never heard from her. • 2025 got call from another sales assist to say he got my license disc/plate that he must courier via Pep. That comm ended there. • I have been calling the branch (Thabani) who said I must go do another Dekra certificate. I refused as this was a waste of time on my side when I had already done that, suggested I come to Eastrand, but also refused as I had been to Johannesburg/Mpumalanga to try renew the lic disc with no luck. He then said, he sent all paperwork to his manager (Lesly) and that I must take it up with him. • I have been calling Lesly, leaving messages with not return call. Attached are calls made to Hyundai Eastrand and with Thabani. I’m driving a car with expired license disc since from 30th March 2025. I’m not able to renew it. After sending an email to the website, we got to talk with another agent. Lesly has no recollection of talking to me or getting any messages to call me back. He just dismissed everything with attitude saying “do I want to continue with complain or solve this’. That did not sit well with me as I’m a customer that is inconvenienced. I drive 98% of time as my line of work requires me to be on the road. I have had to deal with traffic cops almost daily wrt to the lic disc and to be dismissed like that. Regards

Bought a car that was not registered in my name. Issues with renewing license disc. No help till today.
