No refund assistance for religious emergency
Worst customer service ever. You pay extra for comprehensive refund insurance yet they don’t even bother to assist,even if it’s for religious reasons

Slow service
Service is extremely slow. Was told I had to wait 15 min for my boerewors , ended up waiting an hour ffs . No communication or explanation for the delay whatsoever , as if they doing us a favour
