Absolutely unacceptable service from Bosch Tokai. I took my Audi in for a minor service (oil + filter change) and was shocked to discover afterwards that two ignition leads were loose after the workshop “inspected” my spark plugs. This caused my car to go into limp mode on the highway while driving with my 10-year-old daughter. The service consultant was inexperienced, and the whole process felt unprofessional. If a workshop can’t even reconnect ignition leads properly, how can I trust that the oil, sump plug, or anything else was done correctly? I regret not sticking with Audi. Pay the little extra and go to the agents, at least you can rely on basic competence. Bosch Tokai has lost my business permanently.
