Shocking Lack of Professionalism & Unpaid Service!

I am writing this review out of extreme frustration and a growing suspicion that I have been intentionally misled and ****med. I completed a trip on July 31st, 2025, and to this day, I have not received payment for my service. My attempts to resolve this issue through their chat support have been utterly futile. Each time, I'm met with the unhelpful and frankly dismissive suggestion to "reinstall the app." This response shows a shocking lack of professionalism and a blatant disregard for the gravity of the situation. Adding insult to injury, my profile has been inaccessible, preventing me from managing my account or accessing any critical information. When I raise the issue of non-payment, their team claims I've been paid, yet they have failed to provide any proof of payment despite my repeated requests. Based on these circumstances, I am left with no option but to believe I am a victim of a ****. I demand immediate payment for the trip and a clear explanation for the deactivation of my account. If I do not receive a clear and satisfactory response, along with the owed payment, within 24 hours, I will be forced to escalate this matter to the relevant authorities and pursue all available legal options. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and has severely impacted my trust in this service provider. Avoid at all costs if you expect to be paid for your work!
