I was quoted R2172.12 for a once of trip of 29 km for Saturday, 29/11/25. Continually asking for this to be confirmed for 3 days in a row in order to finalize and make payment. Yesterday I was told via whatapp that there was no driver available for Saurd

Shocking Lack of Professionalism & Unpaid Service!
I am writing this review out of extreme frustration and a growing suspicion that I have been intentionally misled and ****med. I completed a trip on July 31st, 2025, and to this day, I have not received payment for my service. My attempts to resolve this issue through their chat support have been utterly futile. Each time, I'm met with the unhelpful and frankly dismissive suggestion to "reinstall the app." This response shows a shocking lack of professionalism and a blatant disregard for the gravity of the situation. Adding insult to injury, my profile has been inaccessible, preventing me from managing my account or accessing any critical information. When I raise the issue of non-payment, their team claims I've been paid, yet they have failed to provide any proof of payment despite my repeated requests. Based on these circumstances, I am left with no option but to believe I am a victim of a ****. I demand immediate payment for the trip and a clear explanation for the deactivation of my account. If I do not receive a clear and satisfactory response, along with the owed payment, within 24 hours, I will be forced to escalate this matter to the relevant authorities and pursue all available legal options. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and has severely impacted my trust in this service provider. Avoid at all costs if you expect to be paid for your work!

Poor service, no way to communicate
Poor communication. No working contact numbers. No reply on requests made via WhatsApp? I DO NOT recommend this company. Be aware!

Stay away from this company
Terrible! I contacted QikTruck weeks before my move date. I accepted the quote they gave me and was in contact with the driver. The day before my move date the driver confirmed with me that he would be there at our scheduled time. The moving date came but the driver didn't. I then contacted the person who originally gave me the quote and he also didn't provide any support and my problem wasn't resolved. It's been a month and they never even apologised for not delivering the service as promised. I was in a real bad situation because my moving day was on a Sunday and I had to franticly make other arrangements. This company really needs to do better!

Exceptional Transport service
I was very pleased with my experience with QikTruck Services. I highly recomented them. Good communication and the price was better than another competitor. Driver arrived exactly at the recomented time and helpers were very friendly and super helpful, followed instructions and my furniture was loaded and offload delivered in good a manner. I am thankful to the lady by the name of Pearl who was assisting me from day 1, she was amazing, everytime i urgently need to reschedule she was always understanding, polite and willing to help at anytime. She made what was a stressful and new process for us seem easy and smooth. Her customer service is top-notch, and there has never been a hurdle she haven’t been able to resolve even while she was not feeling well she answered and solved my enquiries. She is a great asset to the company.

Great on quotations - terrible on delivery
I booked a truck and I thought it was wonderful that they assisted with the booking during the night however when they needed to deliver the next morning, they just did not answer my calls, no feedback, nothing just kept quiet.
