Stay away from this company

Terrible! I contacted QikTruck weeks before my move date. I accepted the quote they gave me and was in contact with the driver. The day before my move date the driver confirmed with me that he would be there at our scheduled time. The moving date came but the driver didn't. I then contacted the person who originally gave me the quote and he also didn't provide any support and my problem wasn't resolved. It's been a month and they never even apologised for not delivering the service as promised. I was in a real bad situation because my moving day was on a Sunday and I had to franticly make other arrangements.

This company really needs to do better!
