My daughter was travelling from OR to Bloemfontein. We got to OR and we go to the shuttle terminal to ask if the bus to Bloemfontein has an arrived. The Citybug gentleman tells us our bus is running late we must go inside and relax. We go inside and 10 mins into us waiting my daughter goes into the office to ask if the bus is there yet, same gentleman dismisses my daughter and tells her that I already told you your bus is running late. He later comes in to tell us the bus is outside, when we get there her name is not on the list. We go to the office only to find out the bus left. I was made to pay R100 for a new ticket even though we were there on time. I was **** to pay for their staff incompetence because they could have checked on which bus she was supposed to be on instead of being dismissed. The lady in the office claimed to have called me and I even showed her that there are no missed calls or voicemail from them. She gave me an email address for their manager to make a formal complaint. This manager did nothing for me. No accountability was taken nor refund offered for the R100 I was made to pay even though we were there on time. What a traumatic event for my child who was already suffering from separation anxiety.
