Pathetic service at The Car Doctor, Brackenfell

PATHETIC!! We took our car in because of a noise it was making, expecting it to be fixed. Instead, we got the car back with a ridiculously high bill for what they claimed was a “service.” The problem? They didn’t actually fix anything! To make matters worse, they admitted later that they had confused our car with another one. So after paying an absurd amount of money, the original issue was still there. We then settled with the owner to finally fix the car properly (which is what we had asked for in the first place). But shockingly, we were handed another bill. When we refused to pay for their mistake, the owner completely lost his cool — screaming, shouting, swearing, throwing tools around, and belittling my partner in the workshop. This kind of unprofessional, aggressive, and dishonest behaviour is completely unacceptable. Not only did they waste our time and money, but they also treated us with zero respect. ⚠️ If you value your car, your money, and your dignity, stay far away from The Car Doctor in Brackenfell.
