Approximately three weeks ago, I contacted Vodacom regarding my WiFi outage and was informed that it was an area-wide issue. Following a subsequent call, I was advised that the matter would be escalated to Vumatel due to the holiday period. Regrettably, three weeks in I remain without WiFi.
