I don’t understand how they are still trading, pathetic service with nothing but false promises. Someone has to put an end to this madness. I don’t think people research the company before making a booking.
Biggest ******* in the hospitality industry. My first complaint, they mentioned they could not connect with me. Second complaint they asked for a doctors note which they didn’t mention that there was a time limit, the doctor eventually sent me a letter but then they say it isn’t stamped and it’s past the fifteen day window period, both of which was not mentioned previously. I’m so disappointed with the way this was handled from their side, when this supposed to joyous getaway for my wife and myself. Especially so that she finally beat cancer!
Since my last engagement with hello peter, I did receive a response from first group, ensuring me that they were going to make things right and again they are silent with no remorse or intention to correct the issue. After this ordeal I would like a full refund and not a date change, as I mentioned on my last post. It’s been more than a week, not even a call to rectify the issue but I received a call to sell me another promotion.
I’ve tried contacting First Group for five consecutive weeks and is unable to speak to management. I have purchased one of their deals and soon after the purchase my wife was diagnosed with cancer and all I want to do is move the date of the holiday by a month because she had a series of surgeries and unable to travel by the initial date provided. I’ve called every day for the past five weeks, sent an email which I haven’t received a reply and a person’s response is they will have to get a manager to change the date. Whilst I started engaging with first group about the date change well before the stipulated time frames.
