Takeshape & Firstmile: Higher Rent, Zero Service
⚠️ Avoid any building owned by Firstmile or managed by Takeshape! Rent keeps going up while maintenance, water, and electricity are a nightmare — zero communication and rude staff. They do not care about tenants.0 replies
