Had the most disgusting service from the call centre! Called in for a new connection and 3 agents cut the call on me ! When I called back to ask to speak to a supervisor or manager they cut the call again , it’s like another Cartrack filthy service **** ! Terrible agents that know nothing! Thankfully it happened to me now to not expect this kind of ******* in the future
Had been to the branch in cresta mall and was disappointed at how arrogant the manager of the store was a white young boy. Who refused to open the liquid for me to mix. He was giving a lecture on how he is trying to make customers open their own liquid. It is disgraceful that this particular branch is absolutely rude with their customers. People should not support this branch as they behave as if they are doing the customer a favour
Do not ever use Cartrack they are very ***********, the agents do not know what they are talking about. I have made many requests for the manger to call we have escalated issues so many times. They keep calling back as if they do not know. You have to explain the same problem 100 times with no resolution from their side!
Terrible customer care it’s gone 4 days and the issue with my device not working is not resolved. But they are calling for payments. They lie too much and mislead the customers!
Most disappointing service. They installed a car track and it’s not working , they put me on a package and nothing was activated. It’s a risk for customers to subscribe to Cartrack. Nobody knows what’s going on. I called over 7 times. My car was not picking up in the app and yet a new unit was installed on Monday 25/08/25. In the event the car is ****** who is liable for that ? Last year they intakes a tracker on my scooter and they technician damaged the scooter body and stuck it with super glue. I tried to complain yet no response. This year I decided to add them on my car and now the tracker doesn’t work. The charge me for a package with car watch etc and it’s not activated. They call in numerous times asking for for scheduling installation of the tracker even after it has been installed. They are a huge mess! Our lives are valuable and it’s very evident this company does not value their customers! Half of the agents can’t even speak clearly
