Worst *********** service department.service advisor siya is a **** .service manager attitude is the same as well as the technician .my car sitting for 2 weeks outside the workshop and i am being told the brakes are fixed its just the seat .only to find out its not done .they don't have a clue how to repair the seat .rude service manager.service advisor is a **** .technician doesn't know anything .i have to pay an installment for the vehicle while it sits in the sun .a joke .ford pmb needs to employ competent staff .i will never go back there .0 replies
