My order was place in November 2025 with delivery scheduled for early January. The delivery date were delayed twice with a lot of excuses..at the end of February I had to request a refund because they couldn’t tell me when the product I ordered would be delivered..my guess it was never made… Unfortunately I didn’t read the online reviews otherwise I would’ve never made a order from them
Poor quality furniture and worst service I’ve ever experienced. Had to exchange the leather sofas I ordered twice because of poor workmanship and eventually had to ask for a refund after a 8month process…now I’m left with no sofa and no money because they are just not processing the refund…Im tired of listening to their lies about why they are not able to process the payment. They had all the documents they needed almost a month ago but now can’t find it?? I will not recommend buying anything here you will regret it.
Coricraft Paarl- Worst quality furniture EVER…and worst service I’ve EVER experienced in my life!! Had to exchange the leather corner sofas we ordered twice due to poor workmanship and quality…eventually had to ask for a refund after a 8month process..still waiting for my money to be refunded…some serious moral issues in this store because the sales assistants and manager are always changing their stories. Also *********** when it comes to admin and customer service. You will be terribly disappointed.
