The fact that the lowest rating is 1 star is a joke. Here is my story. I signed up Beginning of the year through a company called FST in JHB. I live in Paarl Western Cape. The promised me a faster line for not that much more than I was paying. After the contract was signed I was handed over ro Daisy Business solutions for all queries etc. I noticed that they deal mostly with companies and not individuals. Only when I started having techinical issues because I do online gaming I rwalised how uniquipped the were with dealing with issues. At first after reporting issues it took days for tgem to respond. I eventually got hold of a Tech guys that worked for them and he did not have a clue how to assist. Finally I got fed uo and asked them to downgrade tge service so I can look at another service provider that can actually assist. It took another 2 weeks after a couple of heated emails to get a response that I should print paperwork and send it via courier to their offices in Cape town, to which I started laughing as a proper service provider has an app that you can change your pavkage at will. I decided to ask them to cancel my contract as I feel that they are not suited to deal with me as an individual. Needless to say I received an email with a cancellation fee for the rest of the contract for over R30000.00. When I queried this stating that they let me sign a contract for services that the can not provide properly, I was told there is nothing they can do. After a phone call to explain my situation they tild me they will reply via rmail. This was more than a week ago. Sorry but they are officially the worst service provider ever.
