Bad service and still no delivery
I still can not believe that they use the local post office. I still do not have my product. It shipped on 29-Sept-2017. I need to try and get my helmet out of the post office. Chain Reaction has received there money for the product, so they don't worry if you receive it or not. Order your cycling products locally boyz. If you add DHL shipping it works out the same as ordering it locally.

Parcel stuck at Jhb Mail centre
The worst organisation ever. My parcel was cleared by customs but it does move out of the mail centre. You can not phone them. I will never never use the SA postal service for anything again. Bab bad bad service! Not sure how to get my parcel????
