This is the most shocking experience I've had. The manager who is clearly *********** removed the rear quarter window and could not fit it back properly because he damaged the clips during the removal. When I went back to fix the issue, they still couldn't do it right. Jolani Fourie then got involved and denied the whole thing and said the window was not removed, even after their receptionist confirmed the window was removed. She refused to show me the CCTV footage and had the audacity to call me a ******. This kind of ****** and dishonesty is disgusting, and I won’t stay silent. Action will be taken against this blatant ************** and terrible treatment of black customers!!
