appointments systems doesn't work and the workers r very rude😡😡😡

I am writing this while at the Sammy Marks clinic ,it's my appointment day ND I got here at 06:45 for my 09:00 appointment bt sill I hv not received help it's now 11:00 ND wen I try to explain my appointment is today as written on my card they said they hv to finish with the 07:30 appointment people including those who only got to the clinic at 09:45 for 07:30 appointment ND the reception to the nurses by the BP area r very rude they fail to even answer if they found my file or not so I cn decide to either take my transfer ND use another clinic cos obviously the appointment thing really doesn't work coz we who cum in time for our appointment hv to wait fir those who cum late after thire appointment ....some us dont get paid if no work performed so now I hv to loose out a day cos m sitting in the clinic just coz of lazy people ND den it affects my family too coz I won't b able to provide for them if m not able to get to work....rather the clinic change these appointments things ND use numbers dat way no late coming will bt tolerated period.
