There is no way to contact the "Credit Support Department". I've been trying to settle my account for more than a week now, and I was told that I have to email you which is a horrible way to communicate.
I got a call from a lady by the name Lindy from Genesys Motorguard regarding a service plan for my car. Not only was she super friendly, but she explained everything in detail. I knew exactly what I was in for with their monthly service plan. I just got my car back from the mechanics as it was due for a service, and they paid everything in full. No issues. I highly recommend this for your car if you love your car like I do! Thanks Genesys
