Too happy for words... but here's just a few

I had tried applying for a Schengen visa 3 times and was denied each time. The 1st 2 times I did it my self and the third was with some agents which I will not name here. I almost gave up but was referred to NAC Travel by a collegue. He is based in Durban but was assisted remotely and got his visa. I wanted to have a face to face though because of my prior experience and skepticism. I first went to there offices and didnt get to see any one as I was told at the reception that I needed to make an appointment first. I went on their website and schedule the appointment. I was charged R950 for face to face appointment. I chose to pay at the office instead of online as i wanted to be sure I would be assisted. When my appointment was approved, I met a consultant named Gershom at the office. The conference room was very nice and professional. I was offered beverages and the consultation was very detailed and he identified the root cause of my rejections (which I will not go into here). Anyway after the meeting I was convinced I was dealing with professionals and chose to pay their R5500 processing fee. I also chose a few additional services to strengthen my case as suggested. Long story short, 4 weeks after our first meeting I got an approved Schengen visa to visit France. Now my work leave isn't due for another month or so but you can imagine my excitement. This is why I now always refer my family and friends to NAC Travel. The experience was awesome.
