No clear communications, constantly having to follow up. Not a direct service provider, 3rd party involment, pass the buck, he said she said situations, no customer service at all, extra charges not credited when questioned, only more excusses / reasons on these questionable charges are made to make them valid to the provider. I will discuridge anybody wanting to relocate using Afriworld funiture removals or the 3rd party entity Intertrans logistics.
