Waiting 30days for license and registration papers
****ty beyond ****ty service. Received the vechile on the 12th of December they gave a temp until the 1st of January up until today no vehicle papers on Monday they so caller submitted it but when I got and check at the traffic department nothing has changed they use runners to go and do this stuff and how many other dealerships does the runners deal with ... their sale person Cindy was quick to convince why buying the vehicle from them was better than to send the vachile to a branch closer to us but now that we need to pay the installment and the car can't make an income no one cares the regional manager Trisha botha said she don't need to report to me and all she keep on repeating is sorry but not making an effort telling me how she's done this over 30 years we'll shouldn't she have done better by now

Bad sales and management
There parrow branch with sale person Cindy and manager Nicholas has the worse service recently bought vehicles there and they made us sign documents before showing us the vehicles mind you we drove 4 hours to receive these vehicle only 1 of the 4 was brand new and no problems the rest all has problems when we returned on of the vehicles on the same day we collected they now a week later still have the vehicle and refuse to cancel the deal as they are chasing the commission I would never recommend anyone to do business with them
