XEROX in EAST LONDON Service is very poor, sitting more than a week without a working printer. Logged a call on 1/9/2025, Monday, and had to keep on phoning them to get someone to assist us, besides waiting a long time on the phone, they never call back, they don't give feedback. We waited 3days, Wednesday, before someone came out to have a look at the printer, then they guy arrived in the afternoon, left and returned the following day, Thursday, in the afternoon to do more tests just to not know what's the problem, then leaves. Understandable when you cant find the fault and you need to run tests, but surly by now you should have find something or at least email or call to give a update. So didn't see the technician on Friday or now Monday 8/9/2025. Called them today to find out what is going on. Waited 20min on the phone for someone to give us update, just for them to tell me the lady that can help me, is not at her phone but she will ask her to call me back.... This was almost a hour ago. Bad Service
