People from Rain Wi-Fi, if they dont call u they go into your account even after you have been sending emails to cancel their subscription what they do is they dont cancel it but rather go into your bank account every day do add more charges even after you have informed them that you want to cancel the subscription.
regarding the authorization claim I submitted for my blood pressure monitor nearly a month ago with GEMS . Despite my efforts to follow up on the status of this claim, I have yet to receive any feedback or resolution. I have sought assistance from both my pharmacist and my doctor, who have also attempted to intervene on my behalf. However, I find myself continually directed from one authority to another, with no progress made. It is particularly frustrating to note that while GEMS promptly deducts payments at the end of each month, the support and assistance when it comes to urgent healthcare needs appear lacking. GEMS HAS THE WORST POOR ,CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
Rain has this tendency of deducting more than what they are supposed to, and when you lodge a complaint no one is willing to assist you the same way they were when you buy the router. I have been billed twice in 1 month, on the 1 and 2ndof sept 2025 the amount of R1728 and when i request my refund no one willing to assist me, what is worse is that i have send 15 emails with proof of payment that they required but no one is coming through with the feedback
