I have made a review against old Mutual since 8th of August submitted wot was required from me. Was told I will get feedback within 10 working till date no response from old Mutual in fact I am the one that must call and repeat myself constantly. I am disputing 3 extra policies that has been deducted from my payslip and I have requested full refund to date no response from old Mutual after I send them proof of which policies I am disputing. This is really not good for my health as I have high blood pressure and I am stressed about all these deductions going of on my salary it is affecting my financial well-being
Good evening I need advice from the ombudsman or how I can get into contact with them my complaint is as follows : I was in arrears with my old Mutual loan account of which they started to garnish me from my employer since 2014 if I am correct the garnishee was completed in October 2023 of which I was happy about but than come February 2024 they started to garnishee me again wit a higher amount than the 21000 plus they took prior now it's a whole 38000 plus. Please assist me
I am a very unhappy single parent who is the only breadwinner at home. I have 3 funeral policy with old Mutual. After my son turned 21yrs old I was called and advised to open a comprehensive policy for him of which I can claim a cash back in 5yrs time, of which I did in April this year. But since I noticed that why is my salary not adding up than I discovered that a consultant added 3 additional policies to the existing ones that is being deducted from my payslip. It's been almost a year now. I made a complaint at my nearest branch but I am so upset with the poor customer service I received telephonically with a consultant named Natasha who was rude and sarcastic when I was enquiring. I need advice this is so wrong In so many ways.
