My name is Shaun Lamprecht (ID: 9112035030083). I have been trying to escalate a dispute against DebtBusters, who are ********ly demanding a reopening/admin fee before issuing my clearance certificate and updating the Debt Help System (DHS). After collecting all my paid-up and prescription letters myself and sending them to DebtBusters, I copied both the NCR and the Credit Ombud in all my emails. The NCR has ignored my complaint, and now the Credit Ombud is unreachable — all their email addresses bounce back as undeliverable. This means as a consumer I have no functional channel to escalate my dispute, leaving me blocked in an unfair and ******** situation where DebtBusters refuses to clear my name. It is completely unacceptable that the office of the Credit Ombud, which is supposed to be there to protect and assist consumers, has become inaccessible and unresponsive. Without working communication channels, consumers like myself are left vulnerable and without recourse. I demand that the Credit Ombud / NFO: Immediately provide a working point of contact for consumer complaints; Investigate my matter against DebtBusters urgently; Ensure that DebtBusters issues my clearance certificate and updates the DHS/credit bureaus without charging ******** fees. As things stand, both the NCR and the Ombud are failing in their duties to protect consumers, leaving me trapped despite having provided all documents. Good evening I need advice from the ombudsman or how I can get into contact with them my complaint is as follows : I was in arrears with my old Mutual loan account of which they started to garnish me from my employer since 2014 if I am correct the garnishee was completed in October 2023 of which I was happy about but than come February 2024 they started to garnishee me again wit a higher amount than the 21000 plus they took prior now it's a whole 38000 plus. Please assist me

I just had a call from Pro Debt Solutions about apparently overpaying on interest on my accounts to only figure out it's another company offering debt revue. my problem is the following: the next moment, after saying no thank you and ending the call, I get a SMS saying I gave permission to these people to do a credit check Do I not have any privacy according to the POPIA act? How are they just allowed to get all my information like that. I will be needing answers please. I did try to contact the credit ombudsman but the contact number supp**** goes straight to VM

I need your help. I keep getting phone calls on my landline looking for a woman called J Kleimshmidt or Janssen. She worked for me a long time ago about 2015/16. She bought a lot of stuff from Talefberg and other places and I now keep getting phone calls looking for her. As soon as I speak, they hear my English agent and put the phone down so I do not know who is trying to get hold of me. I really need some help otherwise I will go to the police and lay a charge. I cannot even remember her correct name.. She is a ***** and is using my name as reference or counterfiting my name and signature

I have been trying to reach this company with my outstanding balance to pay off my account but I have received zero responses in over a year. Absolute terrible service. I am trying to give them money by paying my account off but nobody has come back to me in over a year.
