I went to the ombudsman for assistance and they couldn't be bothered to assist me as a pensioner. They do not know how to do their work and they all should be under investigation
People inside ABSA share my information, then money is ****** only to be told i verified the payment, however i never did. ABSA SHOULD BE HELD responsible for POPI breach and ensure that all their employees are investigated as they are dealing with hundreds of thousands transactions, but it is to easy to blame the consumer for problems
