I made a order at 5pm using the picknpay asap app and I’ve been wanting for my order no communication has been sent about the delay and now I can’t track my order anymore
On the 03rd of the September it was my birthday i ordered a cake from Woolworths with my last money hoping to celebrate then my order was replaced with cupcakes i tried calling the delivery guy to not take the cupcakes cause i don't want them i didn't know how to cancel the order i called the driver more than 3 times he didn't answer my calls a friend then helped me cancel i successfully did they then said i was gonna receive my refund back it's been 9 days since I've been waiting today i sent them a message asking about my refund using the Uber eats app they then say i won't get my money back how because i didn't even get the cupcakes the driver didn't even come to my place the order was canceled right away after asking them how can they replace my order without my consent i don't understand please help me because i feel like I've been ****** no cake no money it's unfair i didn't want the replacement at all they took my R140 for nothing how's everything my fault
