Student support more useless then the government
There student help is absolutely useless i asked 3 people( Tamika Raubenheimer , Janice Julies and someone how goes by NN ) for prices to re do a subject not one could give me a price although the registration hase closed they still refuse to give me prices im talking to someone new now to see if i can get a price but if not there names will be added to this list as well

Horrible service
Horrible service I was at the campus for more than 2 hours with no help . I hade a problem downloading a program for drawing courses i asked for IT support as soon as i walked in i waited half an hour before i asked how long for theme to help me about 20 min after someone cam to help i showed them the problem and they took my student number and disappeared after a hour of waiting for theme to come back I left to go to work i already lost 3 hours of work due to there poor service if i could give a zero star I whould

Customer service
There ticket system they use and promise will get you fast replies can take up to a week if you don't follow up every day and ask for answers and they try to respond with as little as possible information
