Qatar airways is refusing to refund me.
I booked a flight to Bali via Qatar for 30 March- 4 April on Booking.com. The flight then got cancelled because of the war. 44 days later I’m still waiting for my refund, I have tried to contact Booking.com several times and they have told me that the airline is the one holding on to my refund and are refusing to process the refund!!!0 replies

Don’t book your flights with Booking.com
I booked my flight with booking.com to Bali via Qatar using Qatar airways for the 30th of March- 4April. The airline then cancelled my flight due to the war, I was promised 10-15 working days to get my refund, 43 days later I am still waiting for my refund. I have been making follow ups with Booking.com and their agents keep saying they have escalated my matter. I regret using that app.0 replies
