POOR POOR POOR SERVICE DELIVERY
If i could rate a - 0, I would. I registered a claim on the 21 November 2025 through a broker. I was told that the bike needed to go for a quote. I explained to the accesor that i am struggling to get the bike at the place where it must go due to the fact that the nearest place for a quote was in another town. The accesor assured me that the insurance will pay for the transport of the bike. Transport was then arranged. I sent numerous emails to find out about the claim. I was only informed by email on the 21 January 2026 that the claim was rejected due to the tyre that is faulty. I understand the outcome but the problem I have is the payment for the transport of R400 and the quotte of R650. How must i get the bike back to me, if i had a problem getting it to the next town. The bike is still standing in the shop for nearly 2 months. Again I sent an email on 21 January 2026 stating my concern regarding the Costs for the transport etc and that I am not happy because nobody comes back to me. I am still waiting for feedback. I feel this is totally unexceptable and poor service as I just dont get an answer. This is my first time ever to claim from any insurance but if I am struggling with any feedback taking nearly 2 months to come back then I am not interested in having such insurance that does not take the customers concerns into consideration. Great Service
Great Service. I got a response within an hour, and the problem was resolved within an hour. Pineapple was also the cheapest and best excess than the other 14 insurances I got quotes from. Thank you Diana
